HIGH TEMPERATURE PRODUCT BROCHURE
NOVACAP high temperature capacitors meet the increasing demand for heavy duty components, up to and beyond 200ºC, from significant industries including energy, oil exploration, military avionics, industrial, and automotive. NOVACAP offers a range of high temperature, high reliability MLCC capacitors designed and tested to operate from -55ºC to 150ºC, 160ºC, and 200ºC. They include Class I and Class II dielectrics and feature various proprietary formulations engineered to operate above the current MIL spec limit of 125ºC. They are available as SMD chips in 0805 to 7565 sizes as well as unique sizes to meet custom board spacing requirements. Additionally, where isolation and protection of the device is required, for optimum reliability in harsh environments, NOVACAP can offer leaded, high temperature, encapsulated products in standard and custom sizes 1515 to 7565. NOVACAP can also offer value-added capabilities such as integrating bleed resistors of various resistance values with the capacitors.
